The NHS have a variety of easy to follow workouts available on their website.
These illustrated guides are designed to help make your workouts effective and easy to follow, and include a chair and seated yoga workout plan.
Many of these routines count towards your recommended 150 minutes a week of exercise and muscle strengthening activity.

Cerebral Palsy factsheets

Cerebral Palsy Sport has teamed up with personal trainer and nutritionist Catherine Lineker BSc (Hons) MSc to develop brand new content for keeping active and healthy at home. These factsheets are designed to support people to continue to be active and healthy at home and include a variety of information around nutrition and exercise.

Arthritis Action exercises

Arthritis Action have a variety of exercise routines available to download and print on their website. You can try the exercises in a chair at your own home as part of a programme developed to encourage people with arthritis and other musculoskeletal conditions to become more active.
